Creative Ways To Prepare Your Child For Kindergarten!

I really LOVE the PreK scholars curriculum, and so does my 4 year old. It is JUST what I was looking for to get her ready for Kindergarten. We are a military family and are living on Oahu- I love living here, but the cost for pre-school here on the island is more than I wanted to pay. Now I can teach my daughter myself, spend more time with her and save money. It's great. Today we are making Pink Peppermint Play-dough- and my 6 and 7 year olds are excited to participate too. Thanks again.

Bio:

I am a California credentialed teacher with a wealth of experience at the elementary grade level.  I received my Bachelors in Education from the University of the Pacific.  I taught for 10 years in the Irvine Unified School District before taking time off from teaching to stay at home with my two young boys.  I emphasize teaching across the curriculum by integrating language arts into the math and science arena.   My teaching partner, Michelle Sullivan, and I have been friends for more than 20 years. We make a wonderful teaching team as we both have the same educational beliefs and philosophies.  We taught PreK Scholars together last year and were so proud of the academic growth of our students in just a few short weeks.  We have embraced this program 100% and want to expose as many young minds to it as we possibly can.
