By eliminating the heavy printed materials from our initial Family Kit and putting the content on a CD we were able to eliminate costs that added to the price and increased shipping expense. The Pre K Scholars Basic Family Kit was developed in response to parent requests for a budget sensitive product. We put the unique Pre K Scholars integrated curriculum, the essential element of our Teacher Kit but modified for home use, on an easy to use CD, just click and print each activity as you are ready. We then eliminated the nice-to-have but not essential Guessing Game and the Large Scholarville Map with stickers (which can be purchased separately) from the Deluxe Kit while retaining the A-Z Phonics flash cards, the Teaching Tips DVD and the Student Activities Binder.
